For years, I lied to myself, convinced that I was reaching the ceiling.
As a Latina woman, getting into the UN and the European Commission felt like a dream. The highest I could go. The proof that I had "made it."
My fears and conditioning were condemning me to play small.

PHASE 1: FOUNDATIONS
You'll finally see the specific pattern behind it saying yes to plans you didn't want, staying quiet in the meeting when you disagreed, taking the safe next step because it looked right on paper. We trace how that pattern shaped your closest relationships, and how your body actually signals a real yes versus a fear-based one so you can trust it instead of overriding it. Once you can feel the difference, you start to notice how much of yourself got left behind saying yes to things you didn't want.

PHASE 2: UNIQUENESS
Now that you can catch the moment you're deciding from fear instead of your own read, we go deep into the specific thing only you do well not a vague talent, but the actual gift, and its flip side: where it burns you out, or gets you labeled "too much."
We use Human Design to name that gift precisely what it looks like when you're using it well, and what it looks like when you're not (the thing people politely call "intense" when you're depleted). You'll be able to say, in one sentence, what you offer that nobody else in the room offers and point to the actual work, project, or conversation where that's obvious. This is where you stop guessing at your purpose in the abstract and start pointing at the real thing.

Now you know who you are. You’ve experimented with different ways of making decisions, taken ownership of your life’s mission, and learned where to direct your energy.

We’ll choose one area of your life where this alignment is most needed whether that’s your relationships, business, work, or something else and make the necessary adjustments to bring the way you show up into deeper alignment with who you truly are.
In this phase, you’ll courageously own who you are and creatively express it.
